Mr. Joe Denman joined the Cambridge Security team in 2017 as the Operations Manager for Arizona. An Arizona native and seasoned security professional, Mr. Denman has a strong background in both law enforcement and retail security, and extensive experience in security operations.

Mr. Denman began his career in law enforcement first as a detention officer for the Maricopa County Prison System, and then as a police officer for the Apache Junction Police Department where he received numerous recommendations. Promoted to detective, he was also a member of an Arizona statewide vehicle theft task force and the department’s SWAT team.

In 2013, Mr. Denman joined Lowe’s loss prevention team where he gained both industry experience and skills in operations management, overseeing a large workforce. His diverse background in the public and private sectors, knowledge of the region, and level of expertise makes him an outstanding choice to lead our Arizona opreations.
